My Wedding Weight-Loss Plan

Today is the first official day of my wedding weight-loss regime. I joined a new gym that focuses on kickboxing and high intensity interval training classes. I’m setting my goals small, just 1 pound a week. I would like to be in the 170-180 range by the time the wedding comes around. A little part of me wants a six-pack too, but that’s just for kicks. If it happens I’ll be beyond stoked, but I’m not expecting it.

I am also following a macros plan from Avatar Nutrition. You basically plug in your stats and it give you macros and a caloric amount to hit each day. I adjusted the numbers slightly, as I don’t need as much protein as it is recommending, but I am following the calories they gave me.

Lastly I’m intermittent fasting. I am eating in an 8-10 hour timeframe each day and fasting the other 14-16 hours to keep my body is a fat-burning state as long as possible each day. It doesn’t always work out that way, but I am trying to stay balanced as much as possible.

If anyone has any tips on weight-loss and dieting please let me know. I look forward to seeing the changes in my body in the next 10 months.
