Yesterday I embarked on a parasite cleanse to rid my body of anything that isn’t supposed to be in there, as well as to flush out the extra candida that has been causing me issues recently. I am starting to think that I may have to give up dairy for the most part, as I notice I only seem to have yeast issues when I am eating an abundance of it, and for the last few weeks I have been doing just that, albeit organic non-fat milk, but still.
I added in the parasite aspect of the cleanse because I indulge in raw sushi and pork quite often and I have heard horror stories of people contracting them from those items. I also eat a lot of fruits and veggies and sometimes don’t wash them. I have a dog. And I walk barefoot outside. All of these are ways that can introduce parasites to your body and make you sluggish and tired and cause issues with weight. Ew.
I bought this parasite cleanse from Amazon. I am not affiliated and as this is day 1, I do not know how my body will react, so if you are thinking about doing this, talk to a medical professional and DO NOT take my experience as expert advice. Just doing what I think will work for me based off the research I have done. I’m not fasting, as I am still taking in the caloric amount that I have set for myself, but I am eliminating meat and dairy, and sugar from my diet for the week to help kill off anything that may be in there. You can follow my day to day eating this week on My Fitness Pal under mscocoj. I also posted it below:
Day 1 Recap
5:30am: Woke up, had a bowel movement, weighed in at 224 lbs.
6am-2pm: Work, lots of pee breaks happening
9am: Feel slightly bloated and hungry at the same time, sips juice
3pm: Worked out, felt fine
7pm: Take parasite cleanse liquid, tastes GROSS!!!!!!!!! Not sure if I should take it like a shot or dilute it, both sound like terrible options.
