Get Fit Challenge Week 5 Recap

This past week I couldn’t stay on track. I had too much going on, but I will be better next week. Going into February I will be tracking my macros as closely as possible, with the exception of some time I will be spending out of town. IIFYM makes it easy to stay on track, but you have to give it your all, which I haven’t been doing. I adjusted my macros a bit, and lowered them, as well as increasing my protein. I am starting this week (week 6) at 150 grams of protein, 160 grams of carbs, and 125 grams of fat. Also aiming for 25-35 grams of fiber.

Hope you all are staying on track and eating healthy. I plan on gaining a lot of progress this month, and not falling off. Wish me luck!
